Two years ago I remember being exhausted from pulling an all-nighter. No, not the "woo hoo!" kind of all-nighter. More like "Is it going to be like this EVERY week?" kind. This was pretty much my thoughts as I got ready to publish my very first edition of NW Tucson Macaroni Kid. The palms of my hands were literally sweating! But I hit the "Publish" button and sent that first e-newsletter to a whopping 80 subscribers!
In the last two years our little Macaroni has grown into quite the popular "kid" - now with 1600 subscribers! Justin Bieber, eat your heart out! OK, maybe not. But the Macaroni Kid word does continue to spread! Many of you have come on board after learning about us at a local event. Others, from another parent, a friend, family member or co-worker. My all time fave? "From a Mom at the park." Two complete strangers sharing the Macaroni word. LOVE it! So please keep on sharing. Helping us get even bigger and better will allow us to give back even more to our readers - more sponsors, more giveaways, more fun!
I truly have been blessed by our wonderful subscribers, "Googlers", and of course our very valued advertising sponsors and FOMs (Friends of Macaroni.) There are several of you who I now consider close friends - an unexpected but wonderful bonus.
